HAC hammer lift test.

This movement is having trouble with the chime spring. It slows drastically and only runs for about 9 days. It is lifting two hammers at a time. It starts lifting a hammer and before it drops that one it picks up another. That is by design as far as I can tell. I see no way to correct that. Any Ideas?
