    I think you’re playing the wrong notes for the double stop slide.

    The top two notes of the Dominant 7th shape are a tritone, the top two ones of a major 7th are a 5th and the top two notes of a minor 7th are a fourth. In funk tbe tritone “shake” is a classic and now I understand why it’s so commonly used on top of a dominant chord. Thank you!

    Good video Dan, on the back of Don't give up.
    Some of these double stops or tri tones can add so much to your playing, in many styles of music.
    Hows the Ibanez RSTR coming along. No pressure.
