- In this video we discuss the 2025 Hyundai Tucson production delay of roughly 2 months which will impact when we will see the vehicles on dealer lots and an extended run of 2024 models to bridge the gap in the meantime. 2024 Tucson SE and SEL will see a couple small enhancements to their feature set that should offer benefits to those that buy them. After watching this video, I'm upset been waiting for 2025 to be available on the lot. Now we have to wait until almost Fall to get the ugh😢. Thank you for the update
They have too much 2024 inventory. End of story.
In some parts of the country there is not enough 2024 Tucson inventory to keep up with demand.
The delay affects my lease which ends in September. My dealership isn’t getting the 2025 until the end of October. They did offer to extend my lease a couple of months though.
They are arriving as we speak. I have a video coming out today.
So if I ordered a new 2025 they would have canceled my order I have not heard anything about this…..

Saw a 2025 Tucson (ICE) at local dealer in Canada 2 weeks ago. PEV versions apparently not in production yet.
That's correct. The ICE started arriving about 3 weeks ago. The HEV supposedly is arriving now. PHEV I have no ETA about.

So i get a new 2024 with less features than the 2025 and 3 months later get outshined by the 2025 ?? Wtf hyundai ??
Tucson blue hybrid don't have spare tire and jack . Switch to base model or others Hyundai model .
2024 Sel gets 19 inch wheels borrowed from sel convenience
I don't know the exact design of the wheel but my guess is it's the same wheel. It could be the refresh 19" wheel design but probably not.
2024 tucson dual zone climate is different depening on trim level
Delay sucks! My lease ends in September and planned on the 25 hybrid, so might not work now
I believe you may still be ok if you secure one inbound right away
Are there updates on the release date yet?
2025's *appears* to have started entering into production but 2024's also show in production. We should know more in the next couple weeks. Late build 2024's are arriving with the changes in this video though.
