      i disagree . the defendant is a elderly woman and the judge knows damn well that people of her generation consider cheating as a form of being promiscuous . and the elderly defendant has a right to her opinion regarding what is best for her granddaughter . JM was changing the definition of true slander and this defendant did not rise to the level of slander at all . Also , how u gonna sue an elderly person , who probably lives on social security alone , for something like this - yes this was exactly a frivolous lawsuit and the defendant was 100 percent right .

    • @wuncieadams1352
      @wuncieadams1352 2 года назад

      I doubt she abused people in her classroom during her career. All Black children hate Black teachers. Black teachers are cursed and disrespected by Black children The parents teach their children to disrespect Black teachers. The reason for that is envy and jealousy and self-hatred. The parents hate that their children are taught by Black teachers and prefer white teachers for their children. For that reason there are fewer and fewer Black teachers in the classroom. White teachers do not teach Black children which is why we have so many Black children who cannot read or write or perform well in science and math. There are fewer and fewer children who are proficient in STEM courses because no one is teaching them. Most children attend charter schools which are designed to enrich the private companies who own them. That being the case, there is no mission to educate our children. In fact the whole reason charter schools were created was to stop the education of Black children and enrich the coffers of the dominant already wealthy white society. Black kids are getting less and less proficient in all disciplines because that is what both Black people and white people want. Black mothers spend their time having children out of wedlock and getting extensions and weaves for themselves and their daughters and telling about their lives on RUclips. OK, OK, I’m getting down from my soap box. IJS

    The defendant is a bitter ole prune, just giving the devil leverage to divide and stronghold
    The granddaughter is 15+, she can decide her relationship with the plaintiff and you the defendant can stop it nor even the other grandma who sits there and seems to listening to the defendant's being a talebearer and division maker to try to stick it to the plaintiff who left your son who needs help with his words, actions and attitude due to being an abuser
    Look at the generational curses and cycles running rampant through their lives and family lineage and bloodlines
    The plaintiff just needs to ignore and set boundaries with the defendant, whom claimed to be a former educator, this elder lady needs to have several seats and mind her own business and let her granddaughter continue to bond with Joanna.
    This old dibby is jealous and taking her son who the plaintiff divorce from due to his abusive behavior.... the defendant needs to cut the umbilical cord from that unfruitful son
    The defendant best be mindful of her words, for she will loose her grandchildren's love for her
    Pray pray prayer always
