I was already doing healing work here and I met a makhosi from South Africa who married an African American man here in the States, she came to me for a divination I did the work for her and my Abosom (spiritual guide) told me to go an make an offering to her ancestors. When I presented my offering I became strongly possessed by an unfamiliar spirit. When it was over she said is was ndawe/ndau and I had a calling. I didn't believe it so I left and was a bit confused. Then everyday after that I became possessed with ndawe/ndau daily. I lost my appetite couldn't sleep and found myself running without shoes in nature. It was getting worst. Finally I was visited by an amadlozi who was dressed in Sangoma outfit. I asked her what I need to do to get better and she said I had to answer the calling. Then Makhosi took me to South Africa and I was guided to pick up ancestors and meet my Gobela. Thokoza.
