Right now my country Mexico is very successful but many young inteligente students are fleeing Rusia and also entrepreneurs and as far as I know they don’t want to come back..

My husband had the privilege of meeting Putting during the 1990's, before he became President of Russia. As one of Hubby's Russian friends said (he worked with them at UNIDO in Vienna at that time) - "Yeltsin had to reach WAAAAYYY deep in the barrel to find someone who was uncorruptible" - Yeltsin was not the wild drunk that he portrayed as in the West.
He was a drunk! Putin despised him. And Putin was once an inspiring president with good will. He has changed his mind and is now as corrupt as the powerful clique and system he once wanted to change. 😢
