Just found you!!! Amazing, Ladies! Ya know Olivia at Pumpkin Hollow Quilts has an entire quilt, maybe more than one, in the colored pencil technique. Absolutely incredible! I’d love to learn that, but don’t know where to begin. Love watching you gals and obtaining loads of ideas❤
I'm so happy to find another channel that's doing punch needle! I'm a new subscriber (privately), and will be watching! I do punch needle, primitive uncounted cross stitch, and wool applique. I stuff my uncounted cross stitch little pillows with sawdust, and agree, it IS messy! I use a foil baking pan, go outside, and use put spoonfuls into the hole to fill it. It's a slow process, but I love the feeling of the finished pillow.
Thanks for your helpful comment! The foil baking pan is a great idea for catching all the spills. I love the way it feels, too, or I probably wouldn’t use sawdust . 😅

Just watched your first floss tube and loved it! Great job! I especially love the way you cross stitch on larger count fabric Nancy. I only stitch on 14 or 18 count aida as I find the rest just to small and most of the floss tubers stitch on 40 or higher. Keep up the beautiful works gals. Thanks for sharing.

What a great first floss tube video and so glad to hear you mention Idaho. I live in Boise, ID and recall when we moved here in 1990, was so excited there was a LNS and then she locked it up and closed before I ever got to the store. So, I also depend on supplies from the Internet. Thanks, Nancy for showing your "Liberty Welcome" with the blue house change. I have put off stitching this piece as the white house wasn't working for me on the linen so thanks for sharing you change. I am thrilled and will also work on doing a blue house just like you. So glad to find you two! I also quilt, do wool appliqué, embroidery and just restarted cross stitching after almost 35 years. I just unearthed 3 storage boxes of cross stitch patterns, most with the fabric and floss needed! Since I’m retired and a monogamous stitcher, my stash will outlive me I’m sure. Currently working on a large quilt and large cross stitch piece that will both be gifts. Otherwise most of my quilting and xstitch are just for me to enjoy. Great job on your first Flosstube, here’s to many more!

I’m so excited to have found you guys this is my first time seeing either one of you , I’m so loving your finishing and stitching, and Nancy I’m a Aida stitcher because of my eyes being so bad, plus I’m self taught and still pretty new to stitching. Your stitching is beautiful on Aida You give me hope that some day my stitching will be as nice. Also I’m a quilter and love all Lori Holt I have several quilts I’m doing or have started. Thanks for all the inspiration.

What a great first floss tube video and so glad to hear you mention Idaho. I live in Boise, ID and recall when we moved here in 1990, was so excited there was a LNS and then she locked it up and closed before I ever got to the store. So, I also depend on supplies from the Internet. Thanks, Nancy for showing your "Liberty Welcome" with the blue house change. I have put off stitching this piece as the white house wasn't working for me on the linen so thanks for sharing you change. I am thrilled and will also work on doing a blue house just like you. Maybe I will get that done one day. Love seeing the various things you both stitch as I like doing all kinds of different needlework techniques. Believe it or not I have stitched that house TWICE! I had started it once before, finished the house and decided I didn't like the fabric. I like the blue house, makes it different from how everyone else stitched it. Thanks for watching...Nancy

So glad to find you two! I also quilt, do wool appliqué, embroidery and just restarted cross stitching after almost 35 years. I just unearthed 3 storage boxes of cross stitch patterns, most with the fabric and floss needed! Since I’m retired and a monogamous stitcher, my stash will outlive me I’m sure. Currently working on a large quilt and large cross stitch piece that will both be gifts. Otherwise most of my quilting and xstitch are just for me to enjoy. Great job on your first Flosstube, here’s to many more!
