Glaive is a villain. He’s also the Albino Joker Undead. The scenes shown are when he’s pretending to be a good guy to earn the trust of L’Arc and Lance (the red and green Riders).
To me Daguva fight with Kuuga is the most intense. Both of them are equal in power that they cancels each other out so in the end they try to pummel each other to death.

So, basically everyone that comes after Kamen Rider Juuga are not actually Kamen Riders. They have debatable Rider status, but most of them would be classified as monsters. N-Daguva-Zeba is the final villain of Kamen Rider Kuuga, and just so happens to have a form that is reminiscent of Kuuga's Ultimate form (as well as the same level of power) Chinomanako Diend is simply a Sentai monster that stole Diend's transformation device (ironic, since Diend is also a thief). Since the monsters of Shinkenger are able to enter the human world through narrow gaps, taking Diend's form is actually a benefit for the villain group, since Diend's form has several gaps in the design. Gold Drive doesn't get the full Kamen Rider status for a few reasons; for one thing, his whole thing is stealing, with his look just being a knockoff version of Kamen Rider Drive, likeva knockoff car. He also doesn't use the main series' gimmick, Shift Cars, to transform, though he does steal them and the Rider weapons for attacks. He's also possessing the body of a grunt of the series villains, the Roidmudes. Also, one of the plot points of Drive is that the Roidmudes need four of their kind to achieve their ultimate evolution to become Gold Roidmudes to freeze the entire world. Since he posseses the body of a Roidmude, and has the power equivalent of a Gold Roidmude, he actually is moreso classified as a series monster than he is a Rider. Even his reappearance in Kamen Rider Outsiders, where he is called Bronzedrive, he is still not classified as a Rider. Crimson Veil, despite literally being a recolor of Kamen Rider Jack Revice, is classified as an upgraded form of Veil, who is a demon. There are a few reasons for this; namely, most of the Riders in Kamen Rider Revice are powered by two things; their materialized Inner Demons, and animal DNA. There are some exceptions, like Kamen Rider Holy Live (who killed his Inner Demon to get this form) and Kamen Rider Juuga (who doesn't have an Inner Demon, just the DNA from 10 different animals plus the eye of a major Demon), but generally speaking, you at least need one of those prerequisites to be considered a Kamen Rider in Revice's series. Now, the compilation’s creator seems to have omitted numerous riders and rider-like villains from throughout the Heisei and Reiwa Eras perhaps based on perceiving some of them as merely anti-heroes and others to avoid attracting attention for reposting copyrighted clips from Toei. It becomes obvious that the cut-off point for the compilation is Revice, since quite a few dark riders, (and rider-like villains,) both from the shows, movies, and specials, are straight up absent, with most of them being introduced before Revice and the OOO’s anniversary movie. (And those that debuted in Revice’s movies and afterwards in Geats are also absent.)
Your reactions are usually really good, but this one didn't turn out very well. Live Reacts are efficient for content generation, but they're much more difficult to make entertaining for the audience. To give some practical advice, I'd say the best thing to do given your format would be to wait until the end of each clip and pause the video before you check chat. A reactor missing parts of the thing they're reacting to is inherently going to annoy the audience; for them, it's the same feeling as trying to show a friend a movie they really like and that friend spending the entire time on their phone. If you've ever been in that situation, you know how frustrating it is. Partitioning your live reactions into chunks where you watch the video and chunks where you interact with chat instead of trying to do both at once is going to significantly increase the watchability of the reaction.

It's because of copyright stuff, the creator of these compilations were probably getting flagged for those specific parts, so speeding/muting those parts circumvented the detection system.

I don't think it's the Live Reactions per se. I've seen plenty of Twitch Reacts (to KPOP, user moocowsauce) and they weren't distracted/-ing.
