I think ally lotti is pretty weird, I don’t know much about the situation past what was reported, but I’ve been narcanned before and I’ve had a seizure before and I always thought if they narcanned him while he was having a seizure that may have made the situation worse? From my understanding opioid overdoses are usually characterized by severe cardiac depression, slowing ur breathing until eventually leading to you not breathing. Having a seizure is something else, and narcan abruptly and violently knocks the opioids off your opioid receptors leading to precipitated withdrawal which is extremely painful and does all kinds of fucked up shit to ur body on its own. My thoughts are combining a seizure and getting narcanned maybe sent him over the edge since, people have seizure everyday and live just fine after. EDIT: and what Adam said is technically correct, if you die from complications, whatever they may be, as a result of taking a cocktail of drugs, though maybe other factors played into it (being at high altitude from the flight, not getting enough sleep/food/water, being stressed out/in a stressful situation) it is effectively an overdose, even if maybe he didn’t take a lethal dose of those drugs, it’s the whole lifestyle that fucks u up.
