If I may add a little piece of advice, when doing the passive stretch, take big breaths, and reach further and further as you exhale. It really helps with the stretch and the pain
With your guidance and my wife’s encouragement, after about a month of your videos, I’m finally able to touch my toes/put my fingers under my feet while stretching. I honeslty love your content. Ive had almost all the ligaments in the left side of my body shredded. I went through 5 years of physical rehabilitation just so I could work again. But I'm still struggling. You have given a lot of good advice, some of which I was able to incorporate into my therapy sessions. I can finally go up and down stairs again.

I work in steel toe shoes and there is NOTHING more decompressing and immensely satisfying than "nerve flossing" in bare feet on breaks and after work.. i figured out that stretch for myself and didnt know it had a name, or if i was "over stretching" (which a personal trainer once criticized me for doing) so i officially LOVE your channel. I'm a Christian and see the point you are attempting to make, but I have a few questions if you don't mind answering:
How do we get to Heaven? Jesus said no one goes to the Father except through him, now why would we need to through a man, a mere messenger? What did Jesus even die for if not our sins? We are sinners and because of that we are dammed to hell, nothing we do can free us of our punishment, but Jesus came and lived the perfect life, a life devoid of sin, he died and payed the price of our punishment. I believe Jesus was 100% God and 100% man.
So my main question is: how do we go to Heaven if our good deeds are never enough?
I believe Jesus came from Heaven and died for my sins, and if I except him as my Lord and Savior and repent, I shall live my life for him, and he will not see my sins because Jesus washed the red and turned it white. 🤍
