Very nice, MHW:IB is my first MonHun and I fell in love with the glaive.
Finished almost everything in the base game and now I'm starting Iceborne, this weapon is so much fun! (Have barely tried others, but this one will still be my favourite!)

Monster Hunter World was also my first MH game, and the Insect Glaive was the first weapon that I really took to, so we have similar stories in that regard. Thank you for watching my video!

I used to punish with forward circle into circle, just like in MH4U but after discovering the glaive downward thrust, that has become my main way of punishing opening, you can even chain it into the circle heavy attack.

That's the Kinsect Charge. You need Slinger ammo to do it. On the PlayStation controller with my weapon drawn I'm holding L2 (Slinger button) and pressing Triangle & Circle together.
