- As a musician, I'm all about creating musical experiences that have people feeling happy and free, and that's why the "Sing With Me for Free" series exists. Since 2018, I have asked thousands of random people to sing with me on camera. A lot of people have said no, some have said no initially but changed their minds to yes, and some have said yes right away. I ask these people to sing with one purpose: to create a way for them to experience a sense of happiness and freedom they did not feel before. And much of the time, this actually works (and that makes ME happy).

A little bit about my experience. I was actually in a rush, but I’d seen Reggie’s videos before and I love how he spreads so much positive energy . I was a little star-struck and camera shy but I felt called to stop and sing a song. I have a lot of anxiety around performing which is something I’m fully immersed in working on at this point of my life. Reggie had a way of making me feel really good and confident. It was an honor to sing with you Reggie!

I think the same thing every time I watch this wonderful channel.
I think they do feel it inside, just don't show it because they are caught up in going somewhere and afraid to show vulnerability in public.
There were times where I passed by like this internally crying because of how beautiful the music was haha

What a comment on society that nobody has got the time to listen to this excellent singer and Reggie jamming. Not one person stopped. Me, I'd freeze when I heard that and would be looking for the guitar case to throw a few coins into. It was beautiful.

Love you two sooth the sick by volunteering to sing in hospitals. Have never forgotten the lovely lady with her guitar singing Desperado and Free Bird to my husband (then boyfriend) after his horrific car accident in 1976. He was ejected from car after falling asleep driving as we lived an hour apart. He incurred over 200 stitches in his face and when she sang his entire face was wrapped in bandages…no eye holes even. The fear of taking the wrapping off to see his new face after plastic surgery had our anxiety at a very intense level. The sweet sweet soul singing gave us such a peaceful and trusting energy. We knew at that point all would be alright…and it was. Thank you Reggie and Izzy for giving of yourselves to raise others vibrations by sprinkling love, peace and joy. Grateful for you both.

A) people have got lives to lead b) they probably wouldn't have heard this in real time as its a busy street - all you're hearing is the microphone input c) it's not any better than a karaoke at a bar

Time goes quick and the world moves fast. They're in a busy street in NYC, not by the beach on a sunny day or in a park with people enjoying their week-end... even as a tourist sometime you're on a schedule. There must be so much to do and see in NYC that you can't just stop to enjoy the show.
Have you noticed you don't hear a single sound besides their voices and the guitar even if the whole place must have been a cacophonous mess? Maybe the sound on site wasn't so great... Also not everybody want's to appear on camera on a random video but that might be just me...

I work in remodeling and when a customer says to me how happy they are with the work, it is such an amazing, elating feeling to have brought that feeling to another person. I am amazed at how many talented people there are out in the world walking by who just step in and sing so beautifully without any rehearsal.
