Wowwee Chip Robot dog unboxing

Paid $179 in Initial campaign contribution and got the dog, charging bed, ball and 2 wrist bands.
After 1 month of using, the app asked for a firmware update. In the middle of the update, the dog lost power and since then its a brick. Wowwee support has not at all been helpful.
