My HOA fees go up yearly, and this coming year extra will be due to a hillside behind our units parking lot that is not stable. Apartment living is quite challenging at times. But you are an inspiration Lissy......I've missed you and your videos, and am glad to see you back to feeling like yourself ❤️

Awesome video. I want your social life, please. That stinks about the increase in fees, they should have disclosed that beforehand, and to top it off scaffolding, also should have been disclosed. My neighbor had scaffolding here in Brooklyn, private home. It was up for 6 months for about 1 weeks worth of work. I looked it up and there is no limit on how long scaffolding can stay up. Another neighbor told us a kid climbed up it and was sitting on our roof, legs dangling over.
