How to Prune an Olive Tree

The old farmer Casamonti is going to teach us which is the technic to prune an olive tree. What we can easily understand is that there are two kinds of branches, the male and the female.
The male branch goes straight up and is not good to produce olives.
Females have an upside-down bow shape and these are the good ones to produce olives.
