WINIFRED SANDERSON - HOCUS POCUS - Halloween Month Doll Makeover - flea market find

So I'v taken A LOT of artistic licensing with this makeover. To be honest - it all depended on how the hair would turn out.
I never done wool hair for doll rerooting before - but wow do I love it!
Definitely be doing that again!
Because the hair had more of a fashion look to it then I expected, I went down that root when designing the outfit. So this is a high end fashion version of Winifred.
