I LOVE this warmup! I think the warmup song sets the tone of the class and this song and routine will get students pumped for the whole class. Thanks so much for sharing -- this is going to be our new warmup song for the month of August!
I like the way you recorded this so we can see you in the mirror. Don't have to reverse right/left as you would if the camera were just in front of you. Love it! thanks!
This warmup is FABULOUS!!!! I am loving it!!! Your song is over 4 minutes but the only song I can find on itunes is under 3. Where did you get your version?
BTW, I love your videos. I started doing zumba a couple of months ago and I can see a difference in my body. I found this song and loved the beat. I am a busy mom and I cannot go to the gym because of my kiddo and I stream the videos through my PS3. That is how I get myself out of the couch! Thank you for posting your videos!!
Fantastic warm up! The version I found on iTunes is Artist: Power Music Workout / Album: Best of Biggest Loser. I am really looking forward to using this~ Thanks so much for sharing!
Love it . From what CD did you get this version of this song. I searched and searched on Itunes and none had the 4.44 version of the song. Any possibility you can email the song?
You can't find it on itunes, but it is on Rhapsody under Bob Sinclar "Rock this party" (original club mix) it is 5:06 minutes long. BTW, LOVE this choreography! Definitely gonna use it in class! You girls are awesome! Much Zumba love!
I just bought this song on itunes but it was not by Bob Sinclair, was in his style but think it said by the Allstars or somehting Hope it works well with this choreo. Love it.
@Anilviruvil They are Zumba pants. You can get them at Zumba.com. They have sinch tie at the bottom, so you can pull them up to your knee and sinch them tight :)
@CarlyandJanelleZumba Hey there!!!!!!!!! thanks a lot!!!!!!!! i wasn't hoping for a reply!!!!!! you are so sweet anyways thanks a lot!!!!!!!! Which country are you girls from??? no offence hope u dont mind telling!!!!!!
It's called Rock This Party by Bob Sinclair. Go to Amazon.com they have the 5:03 version of this song...just search Bob Sinclair rock this party original club mix
I love this routine. Where can I find this length of the song. I looked on itunes and it's not the same length its only 3:06 min long. Can you send the a link to this song or email me. Thanks.
Hi Girls!!! You should try this Warm up With Madonna "Hang Up" I Mean "Rock this Party" is ok But is also ok with Madonna Try It With these steps is Cool!! Kisses
@Zumbamom2000 i have also been searching for this and finally found it on itunes. It is titled Rock this Party off of the 100% Summer 2007 album, by Groove Factory..
I'm in the same boat with everyone else- I love this choreo, but all the versions of this song I can find don't match this version. I found one that is just over 4 minutes, but it doesn't have the clap beat in the background that makes it so amped up. Has anyone had any luck finding this one???
Hi Carly and Janelle!! You mention that you found the song in iTunes... can you please give me more information about it? I can't find the 4:43minutes version you are dancing here...
Hi everybody I found the version which lasts 5:04 is perfect for this choreo on Itunes Rock this party (everybody dance now) single Bob Sinclair and Cutee B feat. Dollarman & Big Ali & Makedah. is a single. Hope to be helpful
You have to be signed in to youtube, then at the top right of the page you will find your user name with an arrow, click on that and select Video Manager. A list of all the videos you have uploaded will become available. Find the title "Carly And Janelle Zumba Rock This Party Warm Up" and click the arrow next to Edit and select Info and Settings. Go to the bottom of the page and click on Syndication, here is where you select if the video is available on mobile phones or tv. I hope this works!
People please don't ask to have the song emailed. It's not legal. I found a version that was closer in length on iTunes under the name Biggest Loser - Bootcamp workout. Artist: Chani (but it still sounds like Bob Sinclar). I am comfortable enough to modify the cool moves that Carly and Janelle are doing to fit a different length. Fear not. Most of this is 8 counts. As you get more comfortable with choreo you will see these videos more as inspiration than road maps!
Looks like a great warm up and a crowd pleasing song...must get them excited! Great job!
