Happy Thanksgiving! I am a teacher and only have two days this week too! Woohoo! We're empty nesters, so only child is coming home for Thanksgiving. We will drive a half mile to my mother-in-law's for dinner.
My husband and I live in our hometown. We were going to travel about 3 hours away to do a full family thing with my husband’s family but that had to be postponed. So we’ll be with my family like normal. His parents snowbird so they aren’t here for Thanksgiving. Happy Thanksgiving! Sending you and your family health and happiness 💙
Hi Erika, when I was in HS, my mother and I would drive 5 hrs to Fresno to spend Thanksgiving with a friend of ours every year and go home Sun. Afternoon. Thanksgiving is always our fave holiday. I miss those road trips. This year, we're staying home, our daughter isn't sure if her and her boyfriend will be coming since his fam hasn't decided yet on the time of their Thanksgiving. So we will continue with ours, they know they're welcome to come anytime. Happy Thanksgiving to you and your family!
