Ms. Rosetta, I would encourage you to reconsider your belief in Meghan's claim that the Palace HR refused to let her see a therapist. First point: Meghan was not a palace employee. She was a member of the Royal Family. Therefore the HR department never had authority over her. Second point: Prince William has openly talked about how he got mental help regarding his mother's death. There is video of it. In Harry's book SPARE, he tells the story of how he and William fought and ended up breaking the dog bowl. Afterwards, Harry says he called his therapist who he had on speed-dial. It may be that she knew she needed mass female support and she realised that black women especially African women were very supportive and loyal to her. She already had Nigerian friends like Misan and a lot of “big name”Nigerians were involved in Sports, Arts, Hollywood and Showbiz. In fact, she was interviewing a Nigerian actress on her podcast and she needed to relate to her in some way. She would have also looked at her ardent fan base and then realised that most of them were Nigerians or had ties to Nigeria. She decided then that being Nigerian would best work in her favour. She basically picked what she thought was the best part or country in Africa she could tie herself to.

As for denying Meghan access to mental health intervention; I disagree, Prince William, Princess Catherine as well as Harry , got together and came up with a program called: Heads Together. This program was all about mental health support, so then why would the Royal Family deny those services to Meghan. In addition, Meghan wasn’t a young immature girl bride, she had been on her own, married before and self supporting, if she had been that deeply in need of mental health support she would have gotten it. Plus she had plenty of outside connections, she wasn’t cut off, not even from Americans in high places good positions. I believe she’s a con artist. And she’s associated with some very ruthless people who want to bring down the British Royal Family.
Also, Harry had a therapist so to say he couldn't get her help was a lie.
