Sir this concept of DNA polymerase that it require primer is not always correct at 19.52 as there is example (Deep-sea vent phage DNA polymerase specifically initiates DNA synthesis in the absence of primers) by Zhu B, Wang L, Mitsunobu H, Lu X, Hernandez AJ2, Yoshida-Takashima Y, Nunoura T, Tabor S, Richardson CC. Sir as you taught us that during DNA replication when the daughter DNA is synthesis by the help of DNA polymerase.at the very first stage DNA polymerase can't join the nucleotides . So RNA provides nucleotides known as primer.
My question is that can we say DNA replication is dependent on RNA. IF YOU MAKE ME UNDERSTAND I WILL BE MORE THANKFUL TO YOU.

Without RNA primer the two strands of DNA can't be replicate. So for replication of DNA, It must be need the RNA primer. So I think we can say DNA replication is depend upon RNA that is RNA primer.

Sir , the primer is composed of RNA nucleotide (A-U; G-C) so how does it form DNA strand? And Sir, from where does this primer come? And Sir, we know RNA is formed later .I mean 1st Replication occurs and then Transcripttion occurd.....So during Replication from where does the RNA primer come? Sir please response .....🙏
