I admire your work ethic and have followed you for a while and in general a fan. Just wanted to say from watching this vlog, it seems like you live in London but barely have interactions with the people there (aside from cashiers, shop-keepers etc). I lived in London for a few years, and found that the stories of the people there, from all walks from life, were what made London so interesting and amazing. Personally I got to do that (from not knowing anybody), by volunteering. It opened my eyes. London is so much more than Kensington/Chelsea/Wholefoods/organic restaurants/royal parks...

Im realny interested in youre Day to Day life. Maybe you could do video about how you and Alex manager youre time. I known that you are using productvity planner but how do you manager youre time hourly with meetings and all that jazz. Best wishes .
Here is the thing Mimi. You said that all animals should be free, like the deer are. Now, on your soup is Parmesan cheese, which is made from cows milk. Also your chocolate cake is made with cow's milk, butter and eggs. Cows have to be pregnant/give birth to give milk. Cows are impregnated, the calf is taken away after birth, so that it can't drink from the mother. Both suffer and grieve for weeks from the separation. A cow goes through that cycle 4-9 times until the amount of milk she gives isn't profitable anymore and she is sent to slaughter. Male calves are useless for the dairy industry so they are sold to meat auctions at 2-5 days old or confined until they are 2-3 months old for veal. The dairy industry is based on rape, domination, exploitation of the female reproductive system and these cows and their babies are suffering immensely. Please have compassion for all animals and ditch the dairy (cheese, butter, yoghurt, cream, etc.) and egg, etc. 🙏🏻

+Christine Bay Just an FYI - but I have personal experience with livestock and you can get milk from a cow, goat, sheep, etc and NOT take the baby away. There is enough milk for the calf (baby) and way more than enough for you to milk. Saying that the only way to get milk is to take the baby away is false and inaccurate. Also, unethical business practices are wrong regardless of industry and dairy products are not to blame, there is a kind and humane way to do anything.
Maybe don't judge others before knowing all the facts. She doesn't consume dairy

That pancake is similar to Indian Dosa, we ferment the better to bring in some good bacteria into the gut. There are a million variations of dosa. You can make dosa with millets, pulse(urad dal) and rice.

Hey, if you like Richmond Park you should try Bushy Park...its close by to Richmond Park and has a similar feel (I think they used to be connected) but I think it is even more beautiful. They also have deer and if you go in the fenced off bit near the cafe they have a nature reserve with beautiful gardens where you can seen bunnies and beautiful birds. It also connects to Hampton Court Palace which is a lovely place to visit too :)
