When I was about Colton's age I didn't like butterscotch pudding. But then my mom swirled it with chocolate pudding, and oh yeah, even then that was soooo good.

I just make my Keto Chow as I normally do, but for pudding I add 1/4 tsp of tara gum and refrigerate over night. If you want it to be firm like a flan, add 1/2 tsp of tara gum.
I notice that you almost always make your ketochow shakes with butter... I typically use heavy cream to combine in a shaker bottle cause it's so quick and easy and I've tried butter before but it's such a process to heat the butter, use a blender, clean it all up, and then the shake itself has come out clumpy - like the butter doesn't bind with the water and chow to create a smooth shake. What is your secret? Or am I just being lazy or doing something wrong? TIA for your advice!

It doesn't really feel like that much work to me, especially if I'm doing 2 or 3 shakes at a time to put in the fridge. I'm not trying to force my method on anyone. Do whatever works best for you. 🙂👍

I’ve tried Keto Chow twice in my life, and both times it gave me bad intestinal issues… I don’t know why, because I was already low carb keto… there is something in there my intestines do not like…😢

Have you experienced the same thing with any other products? That might help narrow down what the problematic ingredient is for you.
You might want to try the Keto Chow Core. It is made with beef protein instead of whey protein.
You might have an issue with the dairy.
