it is
the opponent must be by OD Degage hit while crouching in order for MP to connect after OD degage. If the opponent is hit by OD Degage while in neutral standing MP it will ALWAYS wiff
Joey was not using any of the new tech, just yet
I think this 18:34 is a new combo

Adding to the buffs watch: 9:36 4HP is +1 on block now. That's why they landed that heavy command grab
20:41 is also new tech: you can now combo into OD grand fouetté from back HP so this higher damage jump-in combo now works on stuns.
