Thanks so much for that lovely tribute to my mother. You really love The Virginian. It was a fun movie.
Hi Christina, so good to see you on here. I just loved your mother. So beautiful and talented!
@@scottsdaleglenn Thanks!
She was one of the most beautiful actresses in Hollywood! Sadly, she died from cancer at age 59.
She was the most beautiful 🚺 in the 🌎.🗽
Thanks!
I always loved Barbara Britton. She was so good on Mr. and Mrs. North.
I have admired Ms. Britton since the early 1950's when she and Richard Denning had their TV series, Mr. and Mrs. North. I thought she was charming when I was a child and apparently she still is in this interview. Grace, poise charm and absolutely beautiful. She comes across as a kind and gentle person, what a role model! A fan from Las Vegas, NV February 17, 2019
That was a very fun series. This interview was made around 1970. She died of pancreatic cancer in 1980.

We own here former house in Woodbury, CT that she mentions. The inside is fabulous.
I remember selling items in the antique shop my parents opened in that house.
I have no idea who owns it now. It was first bought by Broadway director/producer Lucia Victor.
Christina Britton Conroy I own it and it’s for sale. Beautiful house. 5 Washington Road Woodbury, Ct.
@@carlmoeller56 Cool - good luck with the sale.
@@cbconroy Thank you. Your mother did an outstanding job renovating it. We don't own the barn. It has been converted into 3 apartments, BUT there is a sign the reads CHRISTED FARM. I was told that it represents you and your brother. It's still there. Be well and great touching base with you.
She died two years later on January 17,1980 at age 60 of pancreatic cancer.
