I love how most of the "Interview" is just comprised of Alison and Danny being friends and goofing around. This cast had such a great chemistry with each other

After Community is over, Alison and Danny need to have their own improv show. Even if it's just a weekly youtube show, I'd watch it wayyyyy too much.

Wow, they share a trailer (!)... their chemistry is so good. They really do have amazing chemistry. You can't fake that. You can see they really enjoy each other.

their friendship is so cute! it is the perfect example of having a guy/girl best friend without it being romantic. Many people in every comment section of every interview these two do together say that it is crazy how in sync these two are, to which I agree, I think they could be soulmates tbh (as soulmates aren’t always a romantic pairing). Chemistry comes in many ways (Although I would love to see the two in a romantic comedy)
its pretty funny to see how they are actually good friends. just saw a post on here insta were they both were making a picture with caption of after so long finally reunited or something. i always like to see when they stay friends and keep in touch time to time
like he guy said in the series they don't seem like to be always together its a good surprise they are real friends, makes the part where they live together in the series way more cool

Lol, I looked up the Talk to Her movie poster and it totally did make my day.
It is actually painful to watch these two when they do interviews together because they are so in sync with eathother, they share the same spirit - it's what so many of us are looking for and most of us will never find.
Don't say such things ;-;
By the end of the interview I actually started to understand how the other actors would get sick of their bits :)
Relationships like that are rare. That is the kind of person you want to marry. When your humor syncs so well.
I confess I've watched way too many Alison Brie interviews at this point, but it feels like her personality "superpower" is that she instinctively accommodates whoever she's interacting with. She meets everyone "where they are". She drinks _their_ koolaid.
(This includes her work -- have you heard _any_ director/producer say _I wrote this part specifically for Alison Brie_ ? Every single director she's ever worked with has seemed to say _she wasn't what we thought we were looking for but somehow she made it work_ )
So anyway I think this is what makes Danny Pudi special. Because he's this personality that uniquely radiates "I demand nothing from you". Which seems to make her react uniquely to him as well.
That's a very solid assessment (also someone who's watched way too many Alison interviews)

Seriously... they had this much chemistry on AND off the set... but they weren't paired together? How the f*** does that even work?
I was always rooting for Abed and Annie to end up together. It's weird that we got Troy and Britta who had zero chemistry but never these two (aside from a few moments).

Some relationships are great as they are and don’t have to be romantic. I’m perfectly fine with them not being involved like that
@@hwren9845 imo Troy and Britta fit as a pairing. They were just utilized wrong in season 4(though their understanding of each other, outside the usual front they put up was good). There was good back and forth in the first 3 seasons between them. In pointing out each others flaws with some deep moments sprinkled in. Imo, they're made to look like a pairing thats not meant to be currently; as in the series. As they either have to accept who they are; Britta and Troy has to experience life and mature outside his first step that became the bromance with Abed(remember he was a closed off jock type to start.) So its entirely possible the movie could show them together(especially since it'll likely be 5-10 years in their collective future.)
Someone with a cringe anime avatar like that may never grasp the concept, but not everything in life is about sex or romance. Also if your sexual and romantic "needs" are already healthily met, being friends with the opposite sex is normal.

Seems the gas leak just didn't affect them at Greendale during season 4. It affected them in interviews as well ...

It’s fun to see how much different the actors are in real life compared to their characters. I always had the BIGGEST crush on Annie, I mean what nerdy college guy wouldn’t have a crush on a seriously smart and hot girl with ugly duckling syndrome? Allison Brie in real life is much more confident, a little vain, but still generally fun…but she knows she’s hot (she’s also aged extremely well).

So I understand that Alison can be more crazy than Annie because Annie is for the most part studious and straight laced, but the fact that Dani can somehow be more insane than the most weird characters ever created is wild
