"The back of our earrings are actually needles" No...no they're not and that is a piercing gun, plastic, unable to be sterilized. As a nurse...I HATE that nurses are basically being exploited to make gun piercing seem more "safe".
They use disposable piercing guns at claires so they get thrown out after they're used which means they're pretty safe at least from my experiences
@@nataleeisjustchilling2737Claire workers never get proper training and piercing guns cause major trauma to the skin when pierced. They are really risky to use just because it works for some people it can cause major problems for others.
@@ThePsychLife thier is no medical or scientific evidence that guns cause more or less trauma to the ear, however their is evidence that both actually have the same healing process and cause the same effect.
The gun does not need sterilization as thier is no blood exposed to the ear, the top cart for the piercing that contains the earing is dispose after the piercing is done. The clamp gun itself can be sanitize but again it is not exposed to blood or bodily fluids

A hand pressured piercing device is another name for a piercing gun, just pushed with your hand pressure....unfortunately they're changing wording to make people feel more comfortable with the service. Hollow needles are best and most sterile option when used correctly as single use.
You should get a big thang that is a pin art and the kids and you would love it for the play room they have one at the science center in my state and I loved it and everybody there every time I went loved it ❤️❤️❤️

I just got my ears pierced yesterday and I’m so excited to change then I have to wait 6 weeks though, it didn’t realy hurt
My mom got my ears pierced when I was 6monthes and I got another one when I was 11
Don't worry girl I got my ears pierced before Christmas it hurt a little bit but it healed after make sure they don't get infected

Am I the only person who got there ears pierced at Claires and it turned out well and its been 6 years and I'm fine and I've never had a problem with them

@@isabellaoliveira8099 tattoo shops will encourage kids to go to their shop rather than anywhere else! all you need is you parent with you and they will happily pierce your ears :) It hurts so much less than a gun, it's cheaper, the jewelry is safer and so much more benefits

For I feel like there is something shady going on. I am not sure why they are using nurses to do the piercing like it makes them any different from a store worker? A regular nurse is not qualified to pierce ears. Also that hand gun is one step away from the one they use at claires. No hate to the creator but it seems target is trying to deceive people.
