From all the videos I've watched, the Fantasy seems like Disney's best ship

Thanks! We loved the Fantasy! I do think that the Fantasy (and its sister ship the Dream) is better than the two older ships (Magic and Wonder) because it's bigger and offers more variety of activities and venues. Having said that, we just got off the Wish and it was amazing. Really liked the adults only area on the back of the ship, that was a big improvement from the adults area on the older ships. We also really enjoyed the Frozen themed dinner/show and the Marvel themed restaurant.
