Thanks the unboxing and demo. Just ordered one of these - got a great deal : under £200 directly from Tefal. Am slightly concerned about the weight and size but it looks like a great iron that will hopefully significantly reduce ironing time.
The user guide wasn't the best, but I worked it out. Delicate = The Leaf icon, Normal = The Clothes Icon, Boost Mode = Press the trigger on the iron itself three times.
I just bought mine and tried it yesterday. Omg it’s shocked me after I saw the ironing board was soaked till the water dripped on the floor. Have no idea how can I solve this.
There is a lot of steam and it needs to go some where after it penetrates your clothes. Make sure the board cover is not too thick and may be add ventilation under the board to help the vapour to disperse (a fan)
Hi Benson Chik, I’ve decided to purchase this steam generator iron after watching you and ibaisaic RUclips videos. It’s Amazon Prime day so l saved a little money. This video is two years old. Are you still happy with the iron, have you had any issues with it?
Hello friend, I want to ask you something? When I remove the lime stick from the iron, water flows from the part where the lime stick is located. Is this normal?
Is the base made of steels or cast an I’m interested in the smaller watts because of electricity consumption an I actually use smaller generators of 2.5KVA .?

Sold it to my neighbour who is still using it weekly

Water collected at the lime collection chamber is normal.
Thanks, great review!
The review is only missing vertical ironing
You definitely need a thumbs up mate for a detailed review. Steam hurts matey be careful 😊
when remove the box . my mind think it is a pc case

If we keep the iron on the dock will it melt the plastic?
There is silicon pads on the stand where the iron rest, heat did not melt the base when I left it on
Does the soleplate also heat?
Hi mr do the base burn clothes if mistakenly forgot the iron on cloth while working?
I don't think it's because of otomotick sensors. While stop movement heat stops
How much does this cost an where to source it to my doorstep in Lagos Nigeria thanks
