Something like that is done in Ramadan. Taraweeh after Isha then Tahajjud in the last 3rd part of the night.

Isn't Qiam Ul Lail is only to mean night prayers which consists Taraweeh and Tahajjud? Cause Qiam means to stand and it doesn't express any other thing than salah .
