Oh my that is a harrowing tale. I sit here reading your words and tears flow for Mesut and Irmak. Even as a father myself I cannot even begin to think what Mesut must be going through. My heart goes out to all those suffering out there.
The photos I saw will be forever stuck in my head. Reminds me of a photo I saw of a father and daughter who drowned trying to make it to the US. Just forever haunts me. That happened years ago and I still can’t get it out of my head. This will be the same. Just so sad for these people.
Hi Midera. Thanks for this music on your beautiful synth. I understand why this music is so beautiful , she paints your state of minds... with all it comes ...... Take care my friend..
Read the description on the video post. That level of lost... it must be unimaginable until you actually go through it. I've sacrificed so much for my daughter. I've sacrificed too much for her, at times, but as a father... I never want to have any regret. I could never forgive myself. Given up on relationships in the past. Worked myself a lot, gone through graduate school to earn a masters, a Ph.D in chemistry/physics. I've given her anything and everything when I had the little time with her. Now that she's a young lady she hates the world and thinks she understands everything. It gets difficult always chasing her and her creating barriers. All I want is to spend time with her. She's literally become who I was... when I was her age. I sometimes get angry at the fact she doesn't realize how I've given up so much for her (a more lucrative career somewhere else... opportunists). Hence, reading what you wrote about the father holding his daughter's hand. In the end, those around us... that's what matters most. I'm new to music production and synthesis. I've been a DJ for 20 years. I've only now garnered enough courage to get into music. I got the Virus Ti2 a year ago. It's such an incredibly capable machine. Too deep, at times. But I couldn't think of a better machine (its equal is only the Waldorf Iridium) in expressing emotion and beauty of life. Thank you.
I had forgotten the story… and went back to read up on that father, and wish I wouldn’t have. What an awful thing. And yeah, I understand how you must feel, although my kids are still very young, I’m certainly not blind to what fate has planned. The obvious being that they will distance themselves from me some day, understandably so. In fact, we need to teach them to go off on their own. We are manufacturing our own given sadness. Perhaps your daughter will come back and be closer to you some day? I know my mom and I were extremely close, in the last 6 months she was alive last year, we talked every day. She’d snuggle into bed and I’d call her and we’d just have a blast talking and talking and talking. So there is hope.
Hmm... that's a good question! I don't remember. From what I'm hearing, I think I have LFOs going that affect the pitch of the oscillators and the filter cutoff slightly. Then, FX add a lot here as well, so the delay has some subtle pitch shifting on it too. That's my best guess here. Thanks!
Hey Martin. This soundscapes are so nice and calming. Thanks a lot. I would love to create simular pads but up for a smaller desctop synth to use live. Do you know if the Virus TI Snow can do the same?
Hey thanks. I'm certain you could do this on the TI Snow, they're identical units but with fewer voices. My question is - do you own the snow or are you looking to buy one? If you haven't gotten one, I'd consider what you have already and just adding a really good reverb, but let me know. I'm guessing 'Martin' is just an autocorrect of Midera?
Hi. I guess you're right with the autocorrect. The german one doesn't know the name Midera. I got an offer from somebody in my area selling the snow. At the moment I don't have a small one that creates lush ambient pads and be looking for one anyway. And I prefer a synth with good effects included over using a bunch of effect pedals.
Did you buy it? Hopefully if you did it is working well for you. It seems easy enough to navigate. Never tried one myself, but I like the color scheme of it with the light brown.
There is one of him from a distance and it really shows just how alone he was... god I just wish I could give him a hug - and he's just one of thousands feeling the same way. Ugh :(
Awesome music awesome patch
One of the most futuristic synths I’ve seen.
Totally. The andromeda A6 is also up there.
I love your videos and music... Very elegant approach. thank you

I lost my words. May she rest in peace. As a father of two, I really don't know how to go on after that. It is devastating.
Father of two here too. Agreed, I don’t have a clue.
This is a beautiful piece. Thank you for it, and what it represents.
Thanks for listening :)
Beautiful.
Thanks!
Yes...Yes...Yes...Captured the moment in sincerely touching way. Sad and yet beautiful. Thank you!
Thanks Derrick :)
May that father find a reason and way through life
Whatever you do - don't go find that photo. Damn it's depressing.

Thanks serge. Much appreciated :)
Oh wow. Absolutely beautiful.

Just beautiful 🙏
Thanks :)
Beautiful.. The disaster in Turkey and Syria has also been heavy on my mind. Your track is fantastic.
Thanks, and yes, last I saw there were over 37k deaths. Geez that’s horrible.
@@MIDERA yeah man. I reminder for me to be grateful and not waste a day in this life. Much love
Very Beautiful and simple music, I love it how can be played at background a fill the ambient.
Thanks Modular Theory :)
Beautiful track. Sad story.
Thanks, and yeah, I agree :/
love that
Thank you :)
which sounds you use for that ?? is it factory one ??
How did you make the subtle movement in the oscillator of that constant low note pad?

Very cool ! What patch is this on the virus ?
I think I made this patch myself :/
@@MIDERA Alright cool sir !, lm not very good at making own patches.
nice stuiff! What camera are you using? :)
This was either my canon 5D2 or 60D. They’re pretty old and outdated these days.
Thanks.
@@MIDERA Even tho old, u managed to make it look good tho !
Thanks!
It's unfortunate they exited the synth business.
This is 100% accurate.
I saw that photo too, and some other ones. The images are horrible 😢
There is one of him from a distance and it really shows just how alone he was... god I just wish I could give him a hug - and he's just one of thousands feeling the same way. Ugh :(
@@MIDERA there’s also one with him and his daughter when she was still alive (and I hope it’s real and not some AI trickery).
