That guy had only SOME idea how to work on the Hibachi grill. He didn't keep his grill clean. He kept throwing food on the grill without scraping what was cooked on that spot before. Hardly wiped his knife after cutting food. For what reason he threw butter on the raw chicken instead of oil (not sure), we add butter when the chicken is almost done for flavor only. The portion of rice wasn't divided equally...
@@zenkai8247 I was a Hibachi chef for 13 yrs (1999 to 2012) . I am NOT Asian by any means. But I was a head chef. And I was trained by a real Japanese chef. And just rewatch the video one more time and see if anything I said was irrelevant.
