Alwin Müller was my Great Great Grandfather, his daughter married a Zimmerman and moved to the States. Obviously I never knew him or even my Great Grandmother but I would sure like to know more about him and his family. I don't know about you guys, but somehow this reminds me of the Movie "Those Magnificent Men in their Flying Machines". Not that this March was used in the Movie, but nonetheless it could have been. This March has so much Spunk and Fun in it's Notes.
Hellequin I saw that funny movie.😅 I enjoyed it so much.But this march only makes me think about our Chilean Great Military Parade. Soldiers and horses marching along with enthusiastic martiality.

How i got here is a long story, my grandads brother died, and me, my mom and my uncle went to his house, (wich was built after the war since they kicked his family out their old one for working with the nazi's) and i was rummaging arround, When my mom called: "This is that radio pick-up granddad wanted" . When i came to her i saw her looking thru some old vinyls that were next to it, one of them was special: "ALTE KAMERADEN" with some prussian soldiers on the front. I took it home, and looked up some of the songs that were on the back, Prueßens gloria, Frei weg, Hohenfriedberger . . . I have to say I'm sad i never went there when he was alive since he seemed like a man of culture.
