This is a fantastic project! I can’t wait to make one. BTW .. if you punch a tiny hole on either side of the slit you cut for the flap, it will help prevent the slit from tearing and looks more realistic. You can use the small hole setting on your cropodile it’s a perfect size.

This is so cute - I love it! So dear to my heart. Making little boxes and bags was a lot of my crafting when the kids were younger because I used to buy little appreciation gifts for their teachers every second Friday. They often liked the boxes as much as the gifts. LOL

This is an excellent idea, I’d love to make a souvenir pack with photos of my own town, print them on glossy paper and use special scissors. Congratulations on the way you have mastered inches, considering you grew up with the metric system. I don’t understand imperial measurement at all…😂
Oh how I wish I had my grandma’s packets like these. She always collected post cards and View Master packets of everywhere she visited. My cousin and I would spend endless hours looking at all her “ephemera”. I sure do miss those days. Well this journal isn’t gonna make itself. Gotta get busy. Love everything I’m learning from you. Lovely so beautiful well dune darlin.I have been inspired by so many packaging. There are a few I have recreated myself. Right now McDonald's actually has a happy meal that comes with this cute folio for kids. It's a activity book. And i was amazing at how the attached the paper for the booklet side they made tabs and notches then it opens to the left side and i was omg this is so cute. I had to recreated it and I just feel in love with it. It made the cute travel journal kinda like a pocket journal/ folio. I need to make a video on because it just Lovely how they came up with the idea.
