Chinchilla wrote "Cold Water" with Jordan Lees. The single for the studio version was released in November 2019. She never released an official music video for the full song, as far as I know, but she did release a short video for it.

I think she said at the time there was a problem with the sound system at the venue, that's why some of her vocals are barely audible. I'd love her to do a new live version, it's a great song.
She said on her Voice interview that when she got her record deal in 2020 it looks like she had made it but then the pandemic stopped gigs and shows. This must have been one of the only big showcases she got to do. I'm so glad she's driving her own deal this time. It will happen, she's way too good not to make it. ❤ Everyone there must have known that too.
Indeed. Chinchilla also performed at the Eesti Muusikaauhinn (EMA) the year before (2019) as well - ruclips.net/video/OvyHkyWqBlI/видео.html - being nominated twice for an EMA award with NOËP for their two collabs as well. Chinchilla also toured with Sting in continental Europe prior to Covid, and McFly in the UK as things were opening up again in 2021. Also appearing at a fair number of festival gigs during this time; Chinchilla has become a seasoned festival artist seemingly being one of the goto roster acts at top European festivals over the last five years.
Chinchilla's previous deal with Sony's Columbia label came in the middle of all this, to capatilise on her already growing fanbase, also possibly having gained the label's attention following both of her performances at the EMAs and her *_fk this up_* duet with NOËP picking up an Italian Gold disc. Possibly the deal was the typical fixed number of releases type one, as Columbia choose not to pickup Little Girl Gone, releasing Chinchilla from her contract to allow her to progress in her own direction. Perhaps, the label realised Chinchilla was more independently minded and not the type of quick turnaround talent to mould to particular market niche. However, Chinchilla's viral success with Little Girl Gone proved above all else that her music resonates widely in a big way, not just to an existing ardent fanbase.
Although, it seems her previous management may have had limited reach/capacity to promote Chinchilla wider by themselves, seemingly following the typical boutique management saloon approach of shopping an artist around for a label to pickup in order to launch the artist further, plus getting the acts on their books to work together to leverage wider fan bases. It also seems they didn't have the resilience to outlast the impacts and strains of the Covid pandemic themselves.
Chinchilla's current management seems to be in a completely different category, specialises in launching the careers of groundbreaking talent - appears connected across the media industries and having been involved in launching many artist's careers including Yungblud and Billie Eilish. Her current label deal with UMG's Island Records is also not typical for an emerging artist; having a dedicated imprint as a release vehicle allowing artistic control reflects an awareness that investing in Chinchilla's talent is not about short term gain but a long term aim. That Chinchilla has the rare combination of maturity, intelligence, talent, versitility and skillset (singer, songwriter, producer, performer) to make it very, very big, with the only external key factors needed to make this so being oppurtunity and time.

I wish so hard for her to do a studio version and another live video. This venue and the sound didn't do it justice. And it's so beautiful, everyone should hear it.
