  • Steve Austin and Scott Hall meander through the early days of Scott's pro-wrestling career. Hear stories about the territories, AWA, tag teaming with Curt Hennig, the steroid scandal, the best feedback Tully Blanchard ever gave him, how he became The Diamond Studd, and what it was like working with Jerry Lawler, Barry Windham, Dan Spivey, and Nick Bockwinkel. And the best thing of all - this is only part 1!

Man this is such a great interview. So much wisdom coming from Scott Hall and not just stuff that applies to wrestling. "You only learn when you're around guys that know more than you."

*53:01** DDP gave Hall the Diamond Studd (aka Razor Ramon) idea, and Hall gave Sting the Crow idea. As a fan, I just love how things in wrasslin' come full circle like that.*

I can literally almost hear Scott Hall, voice and all; Everytime I'm struggling, I'll think what would the bad guy say and what would Scott Hall say. Razor side and shoot side. The biggest thing he tells me is "Slow down". And it's not humiliating or belittling it's like he cares. It's the weirdest thing but it helps me

@@von2300 if i remember correctly, Curt Hennig was instrumental in introducing Stone Cold to Kevin Dunn. Granted everyone and their mother on the internet hates Kevin Dunn lol but without a doubt Stone Cold having a relationship with Dunn helped his presentation in the Attitude Era.
