Moonlight Scrolls should just be a guaranteed SS tier item drop. At least spending 5-10 moonlight drops to guarantee you a drop cause people really do be spending hella money just to get the items in the shop, and even when they spend money. They’re not even highly guaranteed to get you the drop you want

Using x amount of other scrolls will not work at all, its a matter of pure mathematical luck. On reddit a guy used 200 moonlight scrolls and did not got what they wanted, i used 30 of those and got almost everything except the lightining ninja tool. In the past i remember that only with 17 esoteric scrolls, i got all the featured items on the store. People have gotten what they wanted first throw with only 1 eso. Its a matter of luck but of course certain maths are behind that luck.
Game has given me everything but the Chakra pistols. I've got the glimmering surge amor like 5 times. It seems like it always gives you all the other shit first before the weapon.

You really the goat bro but I don’t think so, I got to make a couple vids cause that Obito dlc might drop Thursday so I don’t have much time but the magic sack is actually really good if you get 8 combos you get reduced ninjutsu cooldown so with certain builds it’s really useful

The only way to guarantee you get ss from your esoterics is to upload your data to your online cloud or flash drive before you open and if you pull stuff you don’t want redownload your data and get your scrolls back and wait til next shop, all your ss pulls are predetermined.
I honestly ended up thinking about deleting shinobi striker from my ps4 (which i havent but im tempted now) because i used so many scrolls to try and get the water pistols and all i got was a fricking accessory😢
It does work you have to open your quality and valuable scrolls until you stop getting new items and when you open your esoteric scrolls an SS is guaranteed

I first opened 10 scrolls and got the water pistols, lightning ninja tool and the accessory. Then I played 2 or 3 games, I came back and I opened 4 scrolls. I got both the male and female outfits. I went insane. I hope I have the same luck on thr next shop rotation.

Had 3 esoteric and knew I was getting 1 ss. It was the pistols. You gotta spend em to get em, it's pre-determined
