- We had a fantastic day running our 7 1/4" Royal Scot class loco Royal Engineer at Ruddington.
Wow! some fantastic loco's running with us, some we have never seen before. The Duke and the Jubilee were our favourites, apart from our Scot of course.
Many thanks to the members of the Ruddington track for a great day.
A special thanks to the girls that put-on a lovely buffet lunch and drinks all day.
Roll on the December meeting so we can do it all again.
Sadly, we couldn't film as much as we normally do due to taking my turn behind the regulator.

Amazing detail Graham even the correct Caprotti valve gear. But the Jubilee was the one I would have put in the van. Beautiful! Regards Chris

Rosie loves it when I pack the camera on our trips out with the loco, as she knows she will be driving a lot. Great invitation day loved every minute. Best wishes Chris

Great video.lovely 14xx as well. The gauge one track is good fun though it’s where I first got distracted by the bigger stuff and the wallet emptied even further😄
Hi Andy. We just never got the chance to film the G1 this time..But we know what you mean, with all these lovely loco's flying about. The bank balance can soon take a nosedive. The little 14xx ran well all day, as did all the loco's..The Scot was the second loco out and we ran until 15.30 before coming off with stiff backs lol!...Regards Chris
Excellent coverage Chris. What a beautiful array of locomotives. l bet Geoff and Scott enjoyed trying out their Black 5 on this track, stretching the wheels, and an incline/uphill too. Rosie was enjoying herself, at one with your Royal Scot. 🚂
Brilliant day, hope to do it again in December. The Black 5 ran well as they got there a little late, they were last ones to get steam up. But they still had some fun. Hope you're feeling better now?

Yes it does Andrei. Not many of these about. So much detail even has a water pick up shute on the tender.
