- On August 28th, 2023, an officer conducted a traffic stop on a suspicious vehicle that had its windows covered with a black cloth. Upon approaching the vehicle, the officer observed resistance from the driver. Even after repeated requests, she was unwilling to exit her vehicle. The female was not complying, so the officers took necessary action. The officers had to deploy a taser as they had no other option to control the woman. One of the officers checked on the female's daughter to make sure she was okay. One of the officers found a gun in the female’s car. The female came out of her cell because one of the officers had forgotten to lock it. The female was charged with abuse of a child, aggravated driving under influence, negligent use of a deadly weapon, speeding, concealing identity, resisting arrest and obstructing official business.

The officer that looked after the young girl was absolutely fantastic. He had a calm and friendly demeanour towards her, and was very reassuring.
If you drive drunk with your kid in the car, you 100% deserve to lose custody forever. That is hands-down by FAR the most selfish, most irresponsible thing you could ever do as a parent, bar-fucking-NONE. That is absolutely disgusting.

Showing these bodycam vids to judges should be a requirement for prosecutors before they make easy plea deals with defendants. Driving drunk, 30 mph over, resisting, failure to identify, child endangerment, wishing the officers daughter dead, urinating in the police car, playing and talking like it's all a silly game. Let the Judge see it all before they let her go with a speeding ticket
The cop will write it all in the police report, judges usually read the reports. This is why only dumb people are abusive to whoever is arresting them. You want the cop to write that you fully cooperated and seem like a nice person....

Don’t answer any questions.” What a horrible mother setting her child up for failure. I feel so bad for the child. I hope she can grow up as a productive member of society despite her mother.

My alcoholic mum used to drive the school run absolutely smashed out her brains on vodka, later my friends were driving at night down a main road with little streetlights and they nearly crashed with her driving down the middle of the street without her lights on. In my entire childhood she only skidded out of control once (that I remember) and it was terrifying.. Sad thing is these people are so used to drinking they can still function fairly well despite being so drunk. This woman needs help.
Came here to say the exact same thing. Also didn’t get caught, but I remember every moment of that night. I was 12 and ended up having to wrestle her to the ground and take her keys when we got home.
Different day, different incident - we grew up really poor in a shady apartment complex and my best friend’s dad was abusive. My friend called 911 in secret and played dumb when cops showed.
Those cops will ALSO stick with me forever, they talked to us and gave us each a teddy bear and asked us questions about our lives. I now know as an adult they were checking in on us, but I felt so cool and safe and still have that bear. One of my core memories is that cop and how safe she made me feel.

My mom got 4 dui’s when I was a kiddo between 8 & 12, thankfully I was never with her when she got one but she was always impaired by drugs. It was absolutely terrifying and I would never do it with my own children. I have issues with letting anyone drive me because of it.
I can see the grandmother spoke to someone before arriving at the PD. She changed the story about the gun. First, she carries it for protection from all the men at the hospital. Then, it was that she rarely takes it with her.

actually no.. most are like this now... and especially with females.. the difference between men and women in this situation is the police give females 10..20.. 40 chances to comply usually while a man gets 1 or 2 before being dragged out of a car and delt with.. as they should.. females always get off easy.. makes me sick. There are thousands of police body cam videos like this on youtube now and hundreds are added every day.. You'll see that most women act insane when this happens.. especially compared to men.

This woman is vile and disgusting and the way they're still being nice to her despite the fact that she was literally endangering her child, refusing to exit the vehicle, resisting, drunk driving and nearly killing someone doing 94 in a 60, has a gun right by her Child's Seat, telling the officer that she wished his child died, peeing all over his seat on Purpose, mocking and teasing him that he'll have to clean it up, and then smiling at her child from inside a cell and telling her not to tell the cops anything and being so disgusting and passive about it. Tells the cops they're so embarrassing as if she isn't a walking embarrassment herself. Then her grandmother on the phone justifying the gun by her granddaughter and the other behavior is part of the reason she's like that. Absolute disgrace.

I have watched a lot of DUI videos but this is the first one I’ve ever watched where the child actually visibly sees her mom in the jail and the cell. And she told her through the cell door not to answer any questions… sickening to have to witness that as a child
Grandmom needs to open her eyes to what her granddaughter is really like and stop making excuses for her. 😮😮😮😮
