The most important thing to remember is to have a reason for the things you do. LifeStyle does an awesome job demonstrating that! Every move and tool serves a purpose and to be able to diagnose an issue and know what tool to use is what makes you a great mixer! Great video bro!
Thank you!
I literally just finished mixing a beat and then I see this
Right!
Remix!
Same xd
🤣
" *here we go again* " 😂😂🥴
I've never been this early, im expecting many gemzzzz 💎
I'm at a point now where I'm happy with my mixes and your channel has definitely helped me along the way when I was starting out. Glad you mentioned fruity blood overdrive I feel as if that plug-in is very underrated I always use it on my drum bus to make my drums punch harder on phone speakers.
About the 808s in Mono there is a trap song ranking pretty high in the German charts where the 808 is actually in stereo and kinda wide might be interesting to play around with that!
The song is called "Ohne Dich" from Kasimir1441 and Badmomzjay if you're interested
that is frequency split.
@@blackthovenproductions4561 didn't go that deep into the production, but when putting the 808 into an analyser for stereo width (forgot the name) it looks like the 808 is in stereo
@@Adrik808 once merged, you cant separate stereo and mono easily. Using an analyzer wont reveal this. What you can do is to merged the whole track to mono and you will hear the real 808.
@@blackthovenproductions4561 I don't know which 808 sample the producer used, I know I've got some stereo 808 samples myself
You can also use things like the ozone stereoize to make mono signals seem stereo
@@Adrik808 if you had panned 808s how Would you do that?
Lifestyledidit goated 😳🐐🌊🔥
Lifestyle I want to say HI and tell you are amazing as always. This is still my goal but I have had a few set backs but I am still trying thanks to something you said some time back about not giving up when first starting out and keep going when you advance . I must admit I try to learn everything about everything . Thankyou for what you do .
Thank you! As long as you are doing something you love, and working towards goals you have set, you’ll be happy! Keep at it bro!
Great sound selection on this one broder. Sounds great. Can't get enough of them mixing videos, I always leave a little bit wiser 🙂🐐🔥🥇

This beat so fuccccnnnHARD!
Those hi hat rolls remind me of nav. It’s fire fr
Beat fire 🔥🔥🔥
question, why you dont use reverb busses and take 1 reverb for all the instruments?
gclip is amazing btw
😀
Hi i just want to know when you finish mixing your beat, what is your master level db number before you start mastering.
im new to this and only have stock plugins. The other tutorials i checked dont give a clear view of what the db level number should be when mixing, also how to master with only stock plugins such as fruity limiter encase of uploading to beat stores. If you can help please much appreciated.
Great

Bro beatz & lifestyledidit goated channels 😳🐐🐐🎶🎶🔥🌊🌊🌊
@@toliveforbeats haha 💯💯 if you know you know ❗️
what was your master peaking at? -6db? & did the final mix at the end have any mastering on it?
Aye! The final was left as is, I didn’t want to have it sound different or way louder since it was a mixing tutorial. I always have headroom and then I reach for a limiter or clipper for the final plugin to get it louder. For this beat I would use a clipper to really get the tone and loudness.
Wow, hella fire 🔥 What 808 and kick were those exactly?
Pretty sure the 808 is a spinz
What are you using headphones?
No side chain?
Great video 👍 the G Clip just got a new user
At what level should the beat peak at on the master??
No specific level, but headroom is always good! So let’s just say anywhere from like -4db to -7db. Honestly as long as you have some headroom you’re good, just throwing random numbers for example. 🙏
LifeStyleDidIt thank you🙏🏾
i've been using fl on mac for a while now and i have been experiencing performance trouble like the timing from the drums and melodies aren't in sync . really wondering what i should do at this point cause i wanna continue to create beats but i always come across this problem . could someone help troubleshoot this
A master tutorial?
I have stock plug-ins. What is a good alternative to decapitator
3rd 🤧
Noice
Yooooo
Bruh your vids are just plugs for paid vst's you dont actually give many secrets up 🤔
Have you actually watched any of his videos? He explains so much and has practically as many mixing videos as he does beats. On top of that he explains exactly what and why he does stuff. He can't be responsible for you having or not having paid plugins.
@@andyglenny6023 of course Ive watched his vids bro, mostly the mix-downs but I feel he's baiting viewers into buying the plugins. I've done it myself *edit (bought plugins shown in these vids)* Who said I dont have paid plugins?
@@kulkandadruid I just don't see how him showing his workflow with paid plugins is baiting. You'd hardly expect him to do everything in stock plugins, but honestly a lot of what he does can be substituted with stock or free plugins. I don't have many paid plugins but I've still learned more from him than anyone else online. I just thought it was ridiculous you thought he doesn't drop any secrets.
@@andyglenny6023 he's good for general tips my intention wasnt to hate on him I respect the hustle.. its just my opinion we're all allowed one.
@@kulkandadruid I can respect your opinion then
Bro you don't even mention gain staging
At least I'm using gain staging during my arrangement and production phase so when I'm going into my Mixing stage everything's already properly gain staged :)
Don't hate ,this is art
