Do you really need to remove the intake manifold to get the head out? On my v50 it does not need to be removed and comes out with the head. Also, you need to keep the positions of the cam buckets, they are worn in together with the cam lobes.
Why are you removing the cams and lifters? You can apparently access the head bolts with the cams in place. I'm in the middle of removing my 960 head, just asking.
the lifters need to be labeled and put in the same spot there is unique cam wear!

I just starded with disassembly, so you are saying I don't need to of the cams?
