Here's a context, since this meme format appears in my Facebook feed: So apparently, some dog owner (see the dog on the thumbnail) posted a video of her dog that looked confused af. This is then paired with the song by Hot Butter (which is exactly the title of this song - Popcorn). However, someone made a TikTok version of this instrumental song (yep. It was meant to be instrumental), making it sound more synth. And thus, this Popcorn song is then used alongside the confused dog to express confusion over a particular situation. (I should probably be at Know Your Meme now, jkjk) 😂 but salute for this madlad meme masterpiece, sir @FakKKonE
This song has existed for decades, nor tik tok or social media made it popular. Not all comes from a meme or the internet...yall need some culture outside the screen tbh.
I had kind of hoped it was going to be an original piece based off of the tempo of popping corn, but I'm not disappointed at what it turned out to be either.
I never comment but I've been following you since few years (around 3 or 4 years ago, 100k sub at the time if i remember) and you never cease to amaze me. If someone ask me who's my fav artist, i'm gonna recommend you without a doubt. I think you should do more original too. Thunderclap is really insane and deserve more view btw. (half of it probably are from me 😂)
Thanks a lot, mate! 🖤 There's one more original "elemental" EP I'm working on, but I always get distracted by some random cover ideas, life's hard l'mao. I'm aiming for January, but, well, you know how it is. Also, my side project, The Chill Nest, is actually taking the focus of original compositions on the rather chill instrumental side (because that's how the majority my original music came to life - quite often with falkkone originals you hear me covering my old acoustic tune in metal lol) - so you can check it out in the meantime, if you want :)
One of my jams that I'll just starting singing randomly sometimes is now EPIC! So excited to have this version stuck in my head for the next 17 years or so!
When I did my engineering courses, all the educational BBC videos for engineering (made in the 70s) opened with the the Popcorn tune. EVERY SINGAL ONE!? Later in the years the college decided it was time to update their engineering video collection as the old 70s ones were comically bad and over 40 years old. So they contacted the BBC for new educational engineering videos, and got exact duplicates of the 70s one they already had... THE BBC NEVER UPDATED THEM! And so our suffering continued unabated... Popcorn eternal in our minds... So many of us were lost to madness... So it's actually nice to hear a version that doesn't grate on me, or cause more insanity. Good job!
@@TalkAboutSOUND I used to love it too, until I reached world 12 ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ And I hope to hear some Super Cat Tales covers someday too Seriously, the play store games have very underrated OSTs

Gonna leave this comment here since its your latest upload, but since youve done tracks from Deltraune, you should look at ones from Deltarune Chapter Rewritten. Especially BIG BANG, since I think it would sound phenomenal in your style. BATTLE AGAINST THE WORLD would sound good too. Anywho just thought I would finally leave a suggestion after having this on my mind for awhile. Keep up the good jams!
you came to the cinema, but before that you wanted popcorn, you go up to the seller and he offers the flavors of caramel, sugar, salty, strawberry, candy and so on, but you choose the METAL flavor
Oh. I remember this instrumental. A 1969 proto disco synthesizer piece, you exhumed, and mercilessly upgraded into something truly Epic. Disco Metal! You turned that mirror ball, into a glittering morning star! Brilliant!

Love this channel lol, makes great music out of the most random things.
I remember crazy frog and their version of this, but I have never heard the original version of this.
Okay.. Memories unlocked. Where was my crazy frog disk?..
That kick drum rolling is sooooo goood! That's one part I love about metal music. The kick drum roll. Awesome cover!

Now we need someone to remix this and make a Floorcorn intense symphonic metal cover.
Yes! All I could think about was the lyrics "let the bodies hit the floor" because Floorcorn is the only place I've heard this song before.
I think this song as gone from being Popcorn to Kettle Corn. Another great cover, as always.
This one of em songs where you know exactly how it goes but just don't remember the name.
at first I was confused but the first notes unleashed forbidden memories
I was NOT expecting this.
A welcome surprise nonetheless.
