guys I found a solution go into control panel and under programs click uninstall a program then double click EA app and it will ask you to uninstall or repair. Click repair and it will solve the problem by identifying it and reinstalling corrupt files and this works for all problems in EA.

what i did and removed completely all my problems on all my EA games was to completely uninstal the games and EA app. THAT SOLVED EVERYTHING. Who on earth created EA app, even school students wouldnt have fckd up THAT BAD.

for me deleting app cache worked as a last option so try that
