@@liveinfloridavlog Will do. Every time I've been to South Florida to see how I like it, anyone I told that I was thinking of living down there for a year actively tried to convince me not to. They insisted I wouldn't like it and that the people aren't nice. I knew that was b.s., but they were really adamant about it.
@@colinreese I would encourage you to spend as long of a stay here as possible to figure it out. There are nice and not so nice people everywhere, lol. We do have a lot of transplanted people here and I think that's where people sometimes don't see eye to eye. If you can do a month or more on a short term rental, it will give you a better perspective. Lmk if you need any help!

The best thing I did was leave this city its nothing to do boring no good jobs, I live in Hallandale Beach which is next Miami and Hollywood Beach the night life is amazing and its always some were to go and enjoy yourself

Used to be a easy place to get dope. I don’t mess with that stuff anymore but you see some weirdo’s at that beach.
I loved Lake Worth but had to leave as the prostitutes, drug dealers, gangs and homeless people invaded it completely. Yes, the beach is great and a very small area leading up to the town hall. Other than that, carry something to defend yourself

That sucks, I’ve been looking at lake worth beach because it was apparently so safe which it said on Google, it also said it was safe for lgbt which was another good thing. I’m quite sad to hear this

I have good friends who are PBSO sergeants in LWB. There are some high crime areas, which can be checked out online and there are some family friendly communities that are great to live in. You just need to know where you are looking and what it entails. Thanks for watching and commenting!
First thing these type videos should mention is schools.I grew up in Lake Worth in the 60,s and 70,s..It was paradise. It had the largest population of people from Hungary outside Hungary. Downtown had two mom and pop supermarkets before Publixs and Winn Dixie. Then in the early 1970,s the government started mandatory school bussing.New Yorks Alexandria Ocasio said in a debate that school bussing was a wonderful idea. Not for Lake Worth high.When 2 bus loads of students from Boynton Beach arrives trouble started .Headlines and a dozen sheriff deputies to keep the violence down.Today Lake Worth Beach schools are not great. East of Federal highway nice for old people. I moved my family to Port st John 20 years ago. I should have picked Merritt Island but no crime here. I leave doors unlocked many nights including my car. I travel still to work. Orlando up hwy 50 thru the town of Christmas.

Don't be fooled like I was!! Lake Worthless is a sesspool of a place with high crime rates, crackheads next door and homeless people have taken over the everything.
