after installation of autocad 2019 ..... i didnt get any project navigator on the left of the window....hence i cannot open the mep settings of autocad could anyone help me please
If you mean triangles like revision triangles, no. If you mean triangles like phone and data, yes. Those are the only triangles I'm aware of. As for racks, there are things like cabinets, but I assume you're referring to 19” racks like computer racks which are not included. However, you can add custom content.
@@bjbarkman Yes 19" racks. How do I add custom blocks in MEP then? I couldnt find anything in the menus that looked like an import tool or block selection.

Did you download the toolsets? Not sure if the install has it bundled. Options->Profiles then choose the correct profile.
