Paul spoke on a number of occasions where he was grateful for churches sending him support. Read Philippians. Paul did work when he could (when he wasn't in jail) but also received financial support to help him spread the Gospel. I was pushed out of a congregation because of the anointing. It hurt me so much that bitterness grew in my heart. I felt the Holy Spirit so present in the room with me. Thank you for this powerful word. Now I understand the sacrifices I made the day I turned my life to the Lord. God even exposed the people I sometimes spend time with, today looking back I saw that God were protecting me. Sometimes I look at neighbour's life, going on trips and always having fun times, and God asked me "Well do they have Me in their lives." I love this because it is truth! It costs EVERYTHING to go after the Lord! People want the glory instead of paying everything to give glory to God. People don't understand why we don't celebrate secular holidays or want to go on vacations and do activities or that we don't idolize sports or other things or even watch TV. It is all about knowing what Jesus has done for us, and wanting to be used and to know the fullness of God and Christ Jesus for the simple reason that God is an amazing God of love whose mercy, grace, and compassion cannot be felt without intimacy with Him. Once you have sought Him and found Him and you touch God's glory, He ruins you for anything else but to worship and glorify His Holy Name. Hallelujah!

every thing you talked about David is what has always been happening to me I have been rejected from before my birth but at 13 years of age I gave my life to Jesus and He started to talk to me and giving me dreams training me in the Spirit realm telling me one day I will proclaim Him in front of thousand but He trained me Himself for seven teen years just like the so many in bible when they where given to God to studie or this time of preparation they went through and most walked in to their calling at the age of the 30 the Spirit told me early on this is how my life will play out this year I turned 30 and just like He promised He sarting to use me for His glory and and so that He walks with me where ever He sends me. Alcohol led me to death's doorstep. I did not want to live on earth anymore. I prayed to The Creator and said, "I am trusting that if I ask Jesus Christ to come into my heart that YOU will let me live in Heaven with you." I was expecting that my body would die when I asked I continued to pray these words, "Father please put Jesus into the hearts of my 2 sons and now put Jesus in my heart and take my life." Then I closed my eyes. 2 seconds later I felt something enter my chest. I don't know what happened to my mind and body, but God did not take my life. In the sweet name of Christ Jesus, GOD gave me a new life as I surrendered all of me. After this prayer, 8 years ago, everyday I have been blessed more and more and more. All praise, honor and glory to the Father, Christ Jesus and the Holy Spirit. Surrender with hopeful joy Sister.
I am happy for you all, addictions are tough and ruin families, the fact people recover at all gives me hope in a way. I have a different issue too long to type, it's not an addiction but when i say you all give me hope, its i know God can fix anything and it reminds me he was there more than i thought he was for me. I recovered from depression then i got so angry and i knew it was wrong and i was mad at God because i believed one lie. I know you put nothing above God but that one lie was something i was so sensitive about i guess... but it wasnt Gods fault. But anyway now that I'm recovered from the depression I'm in the repentance phase. I'm forgiven but I'd done so much stuff I cant make up for but it's all ok anyway, congratulations to you all again

I love this because it is truth! It costs EVERYTHING to go after the Lord! People want the glory instead of paying everything to give glory to God. People don't understand why we don't celebrate secular holidays or want to go on vacations and do activities or that we don't idolize sports or other things or even watch TV. It is all about knowing what Jesus has done for us, and wanting to be used and to know the fullness of God and Christ Jesus for the simple reason that God is an amazing God of love whose mercy, grace, and compassion cannot be felt without intimacy with Him. Once you have sought Him and found Him and you touch God's glory, He ruins you for anything else but to worship and glorify His Holy Name. Hallelujah!

every thing you talked about David is what has always been happening to me I have been rejected from before my birth but at 13 years of age I gave my life to Jesus and He started to talk to me and giving me dreams training me in the Spirit realm telling me one day I will proclaim Him in front of thousand but He trained me Himself for seven teen years just like the so many in bible when they where given to God to studie or this time of preparation they went through and most walked in to their calling at the age of the 30 the Spirit told me early on this is how my life will play out this year I turned 30 and just like He promised He sarting to use me for His glory and and so that He walks with me where ever He sends me. Alcohol led me to death's doorstep. I did not want to live on earth anymore. I prayed to The Creator and said, "I am trusting that if I ask Jesus Christ to come into my heart that YOU will let me live in Heaven with you." I was expecting that my body would die when I asked I continued to pray these words, "Father please put Jesus into the hearts of my 2 sons and now put Jesus in my heart and take my life." Then I closed my eyes. 2 seconds later I felt something enter my chest. I don't know what happened to my mind and body, but God did not take my life. In the sweet name of Christ Jesus, GOD gave me a new life as I surrendered all of me. After this prayer, 8 years ago, everyday I have been blessed more and more and more. All praise, honor and glory to the Father, Christ Jesus and the Holy Spirit. Surrender with hopeful joy Sister.

I am happy for you all, addictions are tough and ruin families, the fact people recover at all gives me hope in a way. I have a different issue too long to type, it's not an addiction but when i say you all give me hope, its i know God can fix anything and it reminds me he was there more than i thought he was for me. I recovered from depression then i got so angry and i knew it was wrong and i was mad at God because i believed one lie. I know you put nothing above God but that one lie was something i was so sensitive about i guess... but it wasnt Gods fault. But anyway now that I'm recovered from the depression I'm in the repentance phase. I'm forgiven but I'd done so much stuff I cant make up for but it's all ok anyway, congratulations to you all again
