How long does a discharge take for you? And any tips to get it done faster, I always go past the recommended time for a discharge and can never find a way to change it! And I've been working for three years 😭 I can't figure out what I'm doing differently then those who can clean a room within 30 minutes!

While the floor is wet I go take the trash and linen to the soild room get my clean linen by the time I go back to the room the floor is dry so o dress the bed and re check and I put I’m done

You usually go into patients room when you work first shift. So like 7am - 3pm you do dailys on whichever floor you're assigned to. You announce yourself after you knock and you do trash and wipe down things. you might get some discharges towards the end of your shift but 9/10 it'll be passed off to 2nd shift.
