One of the best gigs ever in Ireland, they were days when music was music, rock n roll was rock n roll and Rory and Phil still alive. Love them to death still remember it well at 57 !
This is the second time not the first that Rory and Phil played on stage together. Gary Moore has mentioned that sometime in the late 70's when he had rejoined Lizzy, at a German concert I believe, Rory joined them onstage for a few songs, Rory playing Peter Green's Les Paul that Moore had bought from Green.
I heard that they also played together the night before as a sound check... the sound deck guy had a tape... I saw him with it and I think i asked would it be released - Maybe Niall Stokes of Hot Press knows

They could play for eternity, and it wouldn't suffice

But unfortunately so underrated now, and when alive, on the other hand who cares ❤
So true (remembering at 68!). Ach those were the days. Thanks for this. (Love from greece). 👍✌️❤️
Two absolute legends.
I think I would have had a nervous breakdown if I saw these two men on the stage together. My absolute favourites. So much love for them!

@@tasoskyriakides1070 Having STH from Rory and Phil is out of this world, so it's enough alright.

Bono tiene que nacer 100 veces para tener el talento que se gastaban Phil o Rory en una uña del pie
