Is it possible to ad in app purchases on an app which contains ads and mark as Free in playstore console? As if mark app as paid then app becomes paid. So becomes confused

Hello sir Maine apne bataya wese kiya lekin jab main Usb debugging karta hu to ye mujhe This Version of this app is not configured for Google billing maine aab. Bundle internal testing mein b dala. Internal testing mein login with google failed show karta hai. Kya karu sir plz batao
