Hoping the rest of the album is heavy. Remember when "All My Friends Are Dead" single came out swinging but then the album was a bit on the softer side
They stated this album is going to be the heaviest they've ever put out; stated that this is going to make Youngbloods look as heavy as Misery by comparison to it as well as stating there will be a song on the album with no singing at all

Been listening to Amity for a long time, my all time favorite band, this definately is their heaviest yet🤘🏻🤘🏻
One of my favorite bands. Been listening to them since their first album. They’ve progressed so much and to this day I have yet to hear a song that has made me feel like how Pittsburgh does when I listen to It. This is up there but I’ll be surprised if they ever top that masterpiece.

Great reaction as always! Been wanting to see how you felt on this one since it first came out. Yesterday was a really rough day on me when they released this song and the lyrics told exactly how I was feeling so it couldn't have been at a better time and definitely helped me through that low moment, amity always has always done great at putting how depression and those darker thoughts feel into songs and when I saw them live especially in Joel's harsh vocal you can hear the pain he's felt translate through. I can't wait for their new album and see what they're going to do with it.

It looks like they got a new drummer since the album misery in 2018 idk what he’s bringing to the table but I’ll have every little bit of this

This sounds like old news but alas I’m today years old about this.
After the 3rd play through of this video I noticed that the drummer didn’t look the same as in the drag the lake video or the the others on that album.
🔥🔥🔥 I been an Amity fan since around 2012ish. Definitely a top banger of theirs.

To answer your question, this drummer has been in the band since 2018 after Ryan Burt left the band. They’ve had a few lineup changes throughout their bands history.

@@OhrionReacts well, its still a banger and has this melodic chorus thats really the TAA signature, although its still the same kind of arrangement for the past years without a little change of direction. But I still enjoy their music up to date.

TAA is not an emo band. They are part of the metalcore bands that paved the way for other metalcore bands to actually do something in Austraila. It was I Killed The Prom Queen, Parkway Drive, THE RED SHORE and The Amity Affliction

First time listened to this song. I mean yeah its heavier and i did enjoy the chorus. I dont know much of Amity however their song Like Love is prob my favorite from them.
I hope they stay in this direction throughout the album. This is very generics heavy for THEM. But I want to see them spice it up

Yeah, I felt like they've done this before. With is ok for a single for single right now... imo. But I want to see them get jiggy with it and really make our jaw drop. These guys are big, they know what's up, they have anger and emotion... I have faith they'll bring the chunk on this new album

The ad Rev goes to the bands 95% of the time and we promote new music to people who would like this kind of music. May be cringe to people 🤷♂️ but I know for fact and scene us reactors BLOWING up bands where they get signed and get more reach from reactors like us.
Example. I have a tiktok of a reaction that has almost 6million views. And have grown their followers listeners on spotify and other streaming platforms by over 50k...
