NO VARNISH!!!! Only use Mod Podge Matte. Start with thin layer of Mod Podge, then let it dry. The second layer should also be thin layer. After the second layer it should be enough protection. The one that is not colorful try drawing with a permanent paint markers. Thick or small tips. Thank you for sharing. Have a wonderful day and stay CREATIVE ☺️ Robin N Otis -Clayborne
Some paper was bought on Amazon (www.amazon.ca/scrapbook-paper/s?k=texture+paper) and you will find much cheaper one on Temu.com (check texture paper sheets)
Thank you. I was thinking about this. I used resin on paper lace earrings and it ruined the lace. Resin is good with Japanese washi paper, but not with all types of paper. I will find a solution.
Mod Podge Dimensional Magic does a good job (thin layer so it does not pool in places). And it protects.
I think the earrings are lovely.
Thank you very much))
I have used mod podge on my paper earrings and it doesn’t change the colors

Thanks for the tips!
Try the Mode Podge. The Matte one. Not the Shining one. The Mode Podge is enough protection.
Thanks. I will try.
